Me and David spent a lot of time together this summer and I tend to take a lot of photos on my phone, but this one seems to be the only one I have of him. In this photo David is taking a photo of another photo I had taken and told me when he writes his book he wanted this to be on the cover. This photo and the photo in it both continue to remind me of David's dedication to his craft--personally, aesthetically and intellectually.
